I was so happy when I got this mouse! The retractable cord was great and the feel of it seemed to be fairly high quality. Unfortunately, it worked for 15 minutes, literally, and then I got an error message. “One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it” I tried using the mouse on each usb port on my laptop to no avail. Very annoying. Based on the reviews it looks like I’m the only one with this problem.

Worked great while it lasted. About a year after I bought it, the mouse suddenly failed. I tried it on several computer and clearly the device malfunctioned and refused to be recognized.
